dear ajay sethi sir, sir i want to ask that if we refuse to vacate then the builder will give a road shop or give a bribe to bmc and throw outside and force to take a shop inside a mall. is there any law which help the builder or is it in favour of tenants that you should provide the shop to tenant on road side or to compromise the tenants
