sir my Tau ji and tai ji died without writing any will.they dont have any children.tauji has two brothers who were living with him and one brother who lived separately. the brother who lived separately died soon as my tauji died and has two sons. please tell me that as per indian succession law the property of my tauji will go to his two living brothers or it will be equally divided among his three brothers.
