Web domains and copyright protection
If I have registered a domain which is similar to a trademark. For example assume that I have registered flipkartindia.com or amazonindia.com .And I didn't use it yet. What all are the possible modes of complaints trademark owner can raise against me? They can contact ICANN for domain transfer. Is there any other punishments?

But I get conflicting opinions from US attorneys. http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/webdomain-trademark-issues-1691301.html?utm_campaign=answer_notify&utm_content=question_legal&utm_medium=email&utm_source=notification Basically which law will be applicable in these cases? Indian Law/US Law or some International Law? I see lot of cases in National Arbitration Forum http://www.adrforum.com/ where the judgement was to transferthe domains to copyright owner.
