Dear Sir I was working with an Architectural Firm, from last 6 years. They Terminate me before 12 Days without any notice.The reason is not professional. It was some misunderstanding with Boss's wife who is not involve in Business.As per Labour law what action we can take against him.They Gave me my last month salary but not agree to pay me even one month notice period salary.
