I will be very grateful to you if you kindly provide any judgement of Supreme Court banning the decision taken by a subsequent Pay Commission of a State Government which had decreased the Cadre Service benefit (CAS- Career Advancement Scheme) of a particular Cadre Service which was in force in the previous Pay Commission.

You need to file Writ Petition before the High Court to Quash the order decreasing the Cadre Service Benefit.
