You can approach MRO with an application requesting for the OBC community certificate.

Let them refuse to furnish the certificate with the reason cited thereon, you may proceed with further course of action as suggested earlier.

You need to file an application for central office certificate before the Tehsildar along with central notification of your caste and residence proof.

Also along with father's certificate of backward castc if that is applicable.

Dear Client,

Your domicile will be of your father's permanant residence. For any UPSC recruitment, you are entitle to reservation but not in state service until your caste comes under OBC category of state list too.

Dear Sir,

If the local revenue authorities or concerned authorities refusing to give OBC certificate then approach the higher authorities and if required approach High Court for mandatory injunction against such officers.

Dear Sir,

Its simple, you just need to visit local mee-seva center ask for the list of documents needed for the certificate. Most importantly check for your eligibility for the certificate. Type in Google for the casts applicable under national OBC. You will find some govt link where you need to check whether your caste comes under the Telangana state OBC list.

Once confirmed that your caste comes under the Telangana OBC list. With all the necessary documents submit it to the mee-seva center. It may take upto 15 to 30 days to receive your certificate.
