My land is situated in rural area of durgapur village of chandrapur city in maharashtra which is acquired by govt of maharashtra for public purpose that is gaothan vistar for encroachers, my land is only 2 km far from mahanagar palika area but as per ammemdments in 26 may 2015 notification and recent notification of 24 nov 2017 by govt of maharashtra the multiplying factor is 2 for rural area land.. dispute for suit land is going sine 1996 and decree is finalised in 2004 i.e remove the encroachment and give possesion of vacate land to the petitioner I.e we and then still order is not followed by central govt, state govt n gram panchayat durgapur we file writ petition in high court and court ordered again same in favour of us then supreme court refuse the slp from respondents and then again high court nagpur bench filed contempt petition over collector chandrapur but now govt of maharashtra through collector chandrapur filed affidavit to permit land acquisition by 2013 law without removing encroachment and now give only 2 times market value as only 1 multiplying factor added... Pls opine that how they will give 4 times of mv as they promise and in which act we ask court to enhance mv as well aa multiplying factor
