How to calculate valuation of property(Agriculture, Urban Dweeling, etc.) in case of Injunction matter(Permananent or temporary), Declaration matter, Partition matter, or under any other matter of property. for examlpe: In case of Agricultural land =1/5(30 times of land revenue) in case of injunction what type I dont know.
How the Civil court decide title of rural house were there are no property title papers as per revenue records, no will, only evidence of neighbours and parivar register. Ancestors are dead. I am the son and other person is saying he is the owner of the house and house was not of my father.Somebody has told me that parivar register is of no evidentary value in civil court in this decision. What other documents I can put in my favour.

Valuation of property is done based on circle rate issued by govt from time to time
