Give all the things in writing and tell them you may go to the labour court and they will be responsible for it.
Salary Backlog and PF
My friend has not get salary for last two years and PF as well due to financial problems with the company. He doesn't want work with that company and wants take his salary backlog as well. please advise

He didn't get Form-16 to file his income tax return for past two years. Can he go to Income Tax dept. to explain the situation and Can he file case against PF officer for not taking action against the company who has allowed the company not to face any legal action by their dept. ?
