Hello

Sir the state electricity boards were established in India decades ago and afterwards they were privatised due to mounting losses. The disciplinary rules of each state have been enacted bybthe state legislature and the on duty service rules vary from state to state.

Tripura state electricity board and it's employees must be following the rules made by the state of tripura.

Imposing responsibility cannot be done arbitrarily and a notice has to be given to the employee Nd after a oral hearing chargesheet has to be given. His reply has to be taken into consideration and then an adverse entry or a censure entry can be given.
