If an employee remain absent for the entire month, how should his salary, PF, and SESIC (if applicable) should be treated. Is there any section which further defines something with regards to the query asked?

Hos salary would be deducted beyond her permissible limit of leave but there would be no impact on his PF, GRATUITY ETC.

If it is absent without permission and if the department treats this as unauthorised absence, then if not regularised at a later stage, this can be treated as dies non or leave without pay or loss of pay.

Then there is no question of any payment or salary for that unauthorised leave period.

When the salary is allotted to the employee during the leave period then the deductions are to be made as per law.

If there is no salary paid then there is no salary deduction also.
