I have filed a case for admission before ACT/Kolkata for an order on the repondents to dispose of the pending VRS application and for interim reliefs. Vacation Court passed order(oral) to file reply by the respondents within three weeks and rejoinder after two days and fixed the matter before division bench for hearing. Thereafter court sit as single bench and could not heard the case and next posted for admission hearing. Before hearing by not giving reply, respondents disposed of the VRS application.
Now whether I have to file another case challenging the said disposal?
