Hi, we are in a process of selling our house and decided to sell it at x amount. The buyers agrees to that and paid x amount as advance ( Biana). The due date was 10 january 2014 for the final payment and they dint paid anything. So, is there any legal way buyer can challenge us in court. The advance was also in white for the same.
