• Case filed in wrong jurisdiction

i am misguided in filing a criminal case in wrong jurisdiction, a forged & fabricated power of attorney was prepared in kolkata to sale my property in utter pradesh, the person involved in preparation of this fabricated document are all in kolkata, i ve filed 156(3) in UP district court, the ADJM has ordered  & considered  as a complain case, now can i withdraw this case n file fresh case in kolkata jurisdiction. pls help me out, i m in great trouble........
